1. Settings → Basics - General : Set Logging level to ALL
2. File → Restart

1. Make the error occur. JDownloader will record the error in the Log.

1. Once the error occurs, you are ready to upload the Log.
2. If the Log tab is not visible, use → ? (menu) → Show Log.
3. In the Log tab, select → Upload Log.
4. Enter your nickname and a short bug description where requested.

1. Your web browser will show the Log link for your uploaded Log. Copy the Log link.
2. Use the search engine of the forum to look for your problem. If you find a thread concerning your problem, which is not solved, paste the Log link into a message. Otherwise create a New Thread.
3. Choose an expressive title and provide any relevant information about the problem. Read the more detailed forum rules, which you can find at the top of the forum.
4. Provide any of the links you used to provoke the error.
5. If you know how to find the error in the Log, copy the corresponding section and provide it in addition to the Log link in a Spoiler.

Your Log and pasted links will only be visible to support personnel. Your privacy will be protected.
